I've wanted to get the girls in swimming lessons for some time because they love swimming. We found out the school district gives lessons, so we decided to give it a try. Shelby and Taylor did really well. Right now they're both in the Parent and Tot class, which is to introduce beginning swimmers to swimming with the help of a parent . . . a good idea. Shelby did so well that she'll probably be going up to the next level - in a class with a few other kids and an instructor. There was a lot of getting everything organized, so we weren't in the pool that long. When we were in the pool, they sang "The Wheels on the Bus," but instead said, "the arms on the swimmer . . . the legs on the swimmer . . . the mouth on the swimmer." It was cute and the girls responded well. Shelby did really well rotating her arms, and Taylor did really well pointing her toes and kicking. The girls had a lot of fun, and we look forward to the next lesson.

Taylor wouldn't come pose for the camera, so this is what I got . . . little punk!

After lessons and a bath, it was lunchtime. Payden's highchair was on the ground because I was cleaning the chair that it normally sits in. I pulled out the stool because Shelby and Taylor wanted to eat on the stool. I told Payden to go sit in her highchair. She sat down and then noticed the stool. She immediately went over and sat down next to the stool and looked up at me as if to say, "I'm just going to sit her, okay?" Too cute. She certainly loves her sisters. Anyways, so I pulled her highchair over and sat her down with the big girls. It was the first time Payden ate with them. They had to watch out because she kept stealing their food, but other than that they thought it was so much fun.
