Bathtime

Declan LOVES taking a bath each day. He has so much fun playing in the tub. One of the first thing he does is find a rubber duckie or a ball to play with.


At some point there is always the discovery of his boy parts.


He LOVES to splash . . . and be a goof while doing it. When Payden bathes with him, they splash up a storm. Water flies everywhere.

He always explores the faucet.


He loves shooting forward on his belly, especially when he knows I'm coming to wash him.


This is one of his faces that makes me laugh. It's always accompanied with a "ooooh."

At some point in the bath, he will have every hand filled with a duckie and his mouth too. It's funny.



Unfortunately, every bath must end, and he throws a fit each and every time. I usually pick him up and place him on the bath mat so that I can grab his towel. As soon as I touch him, he starts the fit. Once I place him on the floor he leans forward to cry into the floor or lately he throws himself backwards and yes we have stone on the bathroom floor. He can never get enough and is always mad when the end comes.
